If you are not satisfied with any non personalized product, we will gladly refund your money minus the shipping within 10 days of receipt of the items (see exceptions). The customer will have to return the item(s) at there own expense and a refund will be issued once the item has been received, inspected and found to be in its original condition. Please contact us to arrange for returns at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns cannot be accepted on the following: Any item that has been personalized, any detergent or detergent type product, anything that is not in its original sell able condition and packaging.
